Heliport Approach Pitch Pitch Indicator (HAPI) according to ICAO specifications, provides visual indication of the proper approach angle according to the indicated trajectory (each trajectory must have a HAPI system). The HAPI system is frangible and has a height of less than 25 cm, so it is approved for installation in the safety area, next to the helicopter landing zone, without representing an obstacle to air operations. The elevation angle of the HAPI system, and the intensity dimming (10-30-100%), are easily regulated by the integrated controller that displays the actual angle, facilitating the calibration of the equipment in each trajectory.
